> Each online workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and is delivered online through Zoom or Teams
> There are 2 to 5 participants per worskhops. Typically, the group of participants is organised on your end.

> I use proven coaching tools to trigger discussions that facilitate a change of mindset.

>>> Can we pick and choose the workshops we want to run?
Yes. You can choose a bundle of 3, 4 or 5 workshops. It is also possible to run a discovery standalone workshop as part of a team building activity for example.
>>> In which languages are the workshops delivered?
The workshops as well as all the services I deliver are available in both English and French.
>>> How much does it cost?
> 5 workshops bundle: 2,500 euros + VAT
> 4 workshops bundle: 2,050 euros + VAT
> 3 workshops bundle: 1,650 euros + VAT
> 2 workshops bundle 1,100 euros + VAT
> 1 standalone workshop: 600 euros + VAT
It includes:
> A preparation call with the sponsor
> The development or customisation of relevant case studies
> The preparation of the logistics and content for the session
> The coordination and administration of the session
> Facilitating discussions and coaching the group of participants
> A summary of the key learnings and insights from the session to be shared with participants
>>> How long does it take?
Each workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. The frequency of the workshops is established based on your business needs and in alignment with the initiatives your are carrying out at a team, department or organisation level. For example, if you have purchased the 5 workshops, you can choose to have a two-hour workshop once a day for 5 days, once a week for 5 weeks, once a month for 5 months etc.
Workshops can also be offered consecutively within a day or two, especially if delivered on site, in person.
>>> Is it possible to request a bespoke worshop on other topics related to work relationships?
Absolutely! I have a rich experience designing and delivering bespoke learning and development initiatives. I can support you in the design and development as well as providing group coaching and facilitation. In that case, please be aware that there will be an additional cost involved. A quote will be provided based on the requirements.
Please note that I also offer individual coaching to complement group workshops or as a standalone to accelerate your growth.
>>> How do I run the workshops?
My approach is simple and experiential.There are many opportunities to learn from each other. That’s important because what is currently missing for people is usually quite subtle. It requires taking the time to become aware of the minor adjustments that will make a difference in work relationships.
Because I like to keep things simple, I keep theory to the minimum during workshops. This doesn’t mean that I don’t provide theory and models as the need arises during workshops. That’s when it has the most impact.

In business, the focus is to try to measure and predict everything. But it's important to accept that things like kindness, love, consideration, confidence, joy, and enthusiasm are hard to measure. Yet, these qualities help us create, invent, and transform.
Fully embracing empathy, authenticity, and communicating clearly allows us to unleash the organic power of relationships. That’s my mission.
With a natural curiosity and a genuine interest in others, I was drawn to a career in training and professional development.
